"We switched to Bonafide about a year and a half ago. We weren’t getting the customer support we required before that. We had systems down and couldn’t get ahold of the company. That was a big problem for us, so we reached out to Bonafide. They were experts at customer service. We use their security camera system and remote door locks with key cards that work well because they’re battery operated and don’t need a hard-wire. It’s the perfect retrofit for a building and we’ve had pretty good success with them. We can program whoever we want to have access to the doors and they get in and out. Bonafide got us set up with everything we need. What’s nice is that if stuff does go down once in a while, their response is very quick. They come in right away and get whatever it is fixed. They have very good, skilled technicians."
